Volkmarsen attack: 52 injured after car drives into carnival crowd

Steffen Roettger reported his two daughters were being at the parade and named him immediately after the incident transpired. “My 10-year-previous was pulled aside and only narrowly averted remaining strike,” he instructed broadcaster NTV.
