On Thursday, the trend retailer L Brand names declared it will market 55% of the business to Sycamore Associates for $525m (£408m).

Manager and government chairman of Victoria’s Top secret, Leslie Wexner, will step down as section of the offer.

He stated that separating Victoria’s Magic formula into a non-public corporation would “restore” the business’s advancement.

The lingerie enterprise accounted for virtually half of the company’s $13.2bn income in 2019. But it has viewed profits drop over the past yr.
