An Australian male filmed and mocked four law enforcement officers as they lay dying, a court has read according to area media.

Richard Pusey, 41, who faces prices of reckless carry out and obstructing justice, used for bail on Monday.

He was pulled in excess of for dashing on a freeway previous month. A short though later on, a truck veered into the lane and ploughed into the officers.

Mr Pusey was still left unhurt. Police say he filmed the scene prior to fleeing.

Law enforcement advised a court docket on Monday that Mr Pusey filmed the scene for about three minutes, during which he zoomed in on specific parts and made derogatory remarks.

The system digicam of Senior Constable Taylor also captured Mr Pusey taunting her as she lay pinned beneath the truck. Professionals say she was likely nevertheless alive at the time.

Law enforcement have alleged that he later tested optimistic for medicine.

Victoria’s Law enforcement Minister Lisa Neville formerly condemned his actions as “completely sickening and disgusting”.
