“For many, he was a father figure inspiring all with his insatiable appetite for daily life and irresistible enthusiasm.

“But above all, we will pass up his mischievous sense of enjoyment, his big, bottomless heart and generosity and kindness that understood no bounds. Michel’s star will glow without end lights the way for a generation of chefs to comply with”.
