Coronavirus: Walking through Beijing’s near-empty streets



Motion for a great deal of China’s inhabitants of 1.4 billion folks is, to some extent, restricted in an try to sluggish the unfold of the potentially deadly coronavirus.

The lockdown is most rigorous in Hubei province, where the outbreak begun, but in other places there are compulsory quarantine periods and people are just not stepping out much.

Some companies keep on being closed and lifestyle is nearly anything but normal.

China correspondent Stephen McDonell donned his facial area mask and took to Beijing’s all-but-vacant streets to see how folks are coping.
