The Facts Commissioner’s Office (ICO) has fined Cathay Pacific Airways £500,000 for “failing to guard the stability of its customers’ particular knowledge”.

The British isles watchdog reported the airline’s personal computer systems had uncovered particular information of 111,578 British isles residents out of 9.4 million all over the world.

That integrated names, passport facts, dates of beginning, phone figures, addresses and travel heritage.
