Biden crushes Sanders in Florida and Illinois primaries

Democratic presidential applicant Joe Biden has steamrolled rival Bernie Sanders in principal elections in Florida and Illinois, US media venture.

Accelerating his momentum in the race, the former US vice-president led Mr Sanders in each states by broad margins.

Arizona was also voting on Tuesday, although its polls have not nonetheless shut.

Mr Biden is the favorite to turn into the Democratic prospect who will face President Donald Trump in November.

The previous US vice-president is hoping to create an unassailable direct in the race for the Democratic management after scoring victories in 16 of the previous 21 point out contests.
