Afghan attack: Gunmen storm Kabul maternity hospital

The clinic has 100 beds and a variety of foreign personnel

Afghan authorities have despatched specific forces to a medical center in the funds, Kabul, which is less than assault by gunmen.

Locals listened to two blasts, then gunfire. About 140 members of personnel were within at the time, a physician, who fled the developing, instructed the BBC.

Element of the medical center is operate by the worldwide professional medical charity, Medicins Sans Frontieres, and some of people working there are foreigners.

In Nangarhar province a suspected suicide bomber has attacked a funeral.

No team has claimed it carried out possibly attack and casualty figures are unclear.
